Press the Roll

Place the top cover on the mold and press down firmly to compact the sushi. This shapes the roll and helps everything hold together.

Slice Trouh the Slots

Use our sharp knife to slice through the guide slots. Cut straight down for clean, even pieces. Wipe the blade between cuts for best results.

Flip it to Serve

Flip the mold over so the sealed edge of the sushi roll is facing down. Remove the mold to reveal your finished roll, ready to serve.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Yes, all plastic parts are dishwasher safe. The knife should be hand-washed for longevity.
